Standard Chap Sizes and Pricing Information
. Sizes: S. M, L, H . Length: 24" to 32" IXL and above, there is an extra charge of $5.00 per pair on top of the regular price. Please note that XXI and XXXL thigh chaps require additional material. which increases their cost. For sizes XXL and above, there is an extra charge of $5 per pair on top of the regular price.
The additional $5.00 charge per pair for larger sizes is due to the limitations of our material rolls, which are 59"-60" wide. We cannot cut a chap wider than a Husky from this width, so we need to use an extra '7%2 yard of material for the larger sizes.
